How do I return an item?

No Refunds: All Sales Are Final With Two Exceptions

Exception 1: Happily Ever After is unable to ship the item ordered.
Exception 2: The item shipped is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.

You must contact Happily Ever After about a defective item within three business days of the confirmed UPS delivery date.

DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION!

UPS will be contacted for damaged items and will contact you directly. You must retain the original shipping box for UPS to inspect.
