The doll has beautiful clothes and the facial sculpt is good but the skin tone is grayish. I think they were going for Porcelain skin but it comes off  pale gray  in natural light more like the older porcelain Asian dolls from the 50's early 60's . As long as the doll has clothing that covers the arms and legs and torso she if good. But I think she could have had a little more pink in her skin. The dress is gorgeous. The shoes fantastic. She would be a good play doll for little girls though. And I think she is more of a play doll than a collectible doll. HEA shipped promptly and the doll was well packed. No complaints there.  They sent the goods. HEA has always been a good store to deal with for well over 30+ years.
