Exception 2: The item shipped is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.

You must contact Happily Ever After
about a defective item within three business days of the confirmed UPS delivery date.
DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION!
UPS will be contacted for damaged items and will contact you directly. You must retain
the original shipping box for UPS to inspect.
