Description: 15" tall, fully jointed and made of all-wool felt with a mohair wig, moustache, and hand-painted facial features. Dressed in all felt detailed sporting outfit, leather shoes, brass and crystal eyeglasses, belt containing miniature metal bullets, authentic replica rifle. Includes fully jointed mohair bear cub with leather nose and glass eyes.

15" (38 cm.) Molded felt swivel head with hand-painted facial features, defined rows of teeth, mohair brunette bushy moustache and cropped hair, swivel head, jointing at shoulders and hips, wearing detailed felt sporting outfit including self-belted jacket and matching spats, leather shoes, brass framed spectacles, belt containing miniature metal bullets, authentic replica rifle, and along with a fully-jointed mohair bear cub with leather nose, side-glancing glass eyes, and RJW pin. Excellent condition. 2002, with original sewn-on paper label, certificate of authenticity, and labeled box. The exceptionally fine doll, inspired by newspaper illustrators of the 1902 era, has exemplary resemblance to historical photographs.

The doll measures approximately 16" tall to top of teal green felt hat with leather band and metal grommets; the hat has a RJW brass button. He has hand-painted blue eyes with white accents and eyelining around the top and inner corner of his eyes. He has brown straight hair and a matching mustache. His glasses are silver with glass lenses.

He is wearing a taupe felt jacket with 4 buttons but 2 buttonholes. His 2 patch pockets extend and have button accents; there is a chest pocket on the left side. His jacket has a same-fabric belt with gold buckle and grommets. He his wearing a navy blue felt shirt under the jacket with red felt tied scarf at the neck; the scarf has darker red felt stripes. He is wearing orange felt pants that cover his paunch. At his waist he has a blue felt belt that holds gold and silver bullets. He has taupe felt leg protectors with gold hardware on the sides. His shoes are brown leather with gold eyelets.

The rifle is wood and metal with a leather strap and RJW brass button. It was never removed from the white tissue paper until now. The bear also seems to have never been removed from the tissue apper. He is dark brown mohair with scared white and black eyes and a leather nose. He also has a RJW button.

His deluxe storage box has a blue felt-lined protecter. The blue lidded box has gold writing with the name of the doll and gold trim. The box has been covered with a white cardboard protective cover, however, the end sticker is peeling on the edges.
