Layaway
Happily Ever After offers a free and flexible layaway program based on the total amount of your purchase. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for the first payment. Please contact us regarding a layaway plan to fit your needs. Layaways are not available on sale and promotion items.
Layaway payments are charged on the first of each month. If any layaway payment is more than thirty days late, then the layaway shall be deemed canceled and all payments or deposits will be forfeited. Deposits and layaway payments are non refundable and may not be transferred to another item.
Pre-Orders/Deposits
Your collection's best accessory is the Pre-Order!
In the world of acquiring, placing a Pre-Order is your best friend. No longer will a desired item slip through your hands. Paying secondary higher pricing - not you! A Pre-Order is your chance to secure what you wish at a fixed cost. A Pre-Order is placed on an item before it is manufactured and ready to ship. Happily Ever After can pre-order any request.
All Pre-Orders at Happily Ever After require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to guarantee your item. Items under $200 will require a $25 non-refundable deposit. Clothing and accessories under $200 will require a $10 non-refundable deposit. All Pre-Orders for dolls or accessories over $200 will require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Once available, orders will automatically be shipped. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform Happily Ever After as to any changes in method of payment, address, telephone number or cancellation prior to shipment.
A Pre-Order deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used for any other item than originally ordered. Deposits will only be refunded if the item is not available from the manufacturer.
Sales Tax
Happily Ever After is located in the state of Pennsylvania and is only obligated to withhold sales tax for delivery within Pennsylvania. If you live outside of Pennsylvania, Happily Ever After will not charge you sales tax!
Shipping
Happily Ever After ships United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. UPS is unable to ship to
a PO BOX address. Shipments in the continental United States are $7 for the first item
plus $1 for every item ordered on the same invoice. Shipping on web orders are
automatically calculated when you place your order. If you need an item quicker, please
contact us to make arrangements.
For orders outside of the continental United States, Happily Ever After will use Global
Express via the United States Postal Service. Insurance is extra and a $10 handling fee
will be added to all orders outside the continental United States. Please contact us for
shipping prices.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Happily Ever After of any shipping
address change. If an order is returned or has to be redirected, then the cost of the service
will be charged back to the customer. If an order is shipped to an address we have been
given and becomes lost, Happily Ever After is not responsible for replacing that order.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Returns
No Refunds: All Sales Are Final With Two Exceptions
Exception 1: Happily Ever After is unable to ship the item ordered.
Exception 2: The item shipped is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. Please
inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. You must contact Happily Ever After
about a defective item within three business days of the confirmed UPS delivery date.
DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION!
UPS will be contacted for damaged items and will contact you directly. You must retain
the original shipping box for UPS to inspect.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available starting at $10 and are good for one year from the date
issued. All gift certificates must be mailed to the credit card holder's address only.
Rebate Gift Certificates
Happily Ever After's free rebate gift certificate is based on the suggested retail price of the
doll or bear excluding tax and shipping. Our rebate gift certificates are issued after
payment is received in full for the item. Our rebate gift certificate is valid for three
months from the date issued. The rebate gift certificate cannot be used in combination
with any shop coupons or to purchase sale or clearance items. Rebate gift certificate are
not issued on sale or clearance priced items. Rebate gift certificates cannot be redeemed
for cash. Rebate gift certificates cannot be retroactively applied or credited to your credit
card or prior purchases. Our free rebate gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost.
